Dreamweaver is good mate, continue to use that, i would tend to stay away from flash, simply because i dont think it does anything justice at all... For GFX, use Photoshop CS3 - the way forward my friend! :) Like i said, if you need help with anything, either drop me a mail - dominicjryles@googlemail.com or MSN - dom@kandidesigns.com - Glad to help :)

And Dom,most of stuff I do in P cs3,but I don't know how to transfer it here... I mean.. HTML stuff.
Well, if your doing stuff in HTML etc, then simply go into your blog and when you click on "add new element" for your page, insert you HTML or JAVA or "coding" into there, sorted! :)
